At Clear Creek Homes, we are here to guide you through every step of the home building process, including helping you secure the financing necessary to build your new home! Although we do not offer in-house financing, we regularly work with a variety of local and national lenders.

Modular Homes, Explained
Modular vs. manufactured?
Modular homes meet the same codes as site-built homes and sit on a permanent foundation.
What does it cost?
Value Collection starts at $155,000. Signature Collection starts at $250,000.
How long does it take?
Factory build runs alongside site prep, so homes are typically move-in ready faster than site-built.
Do I need land first?
No — we work with buyers who already own land and those still searching.
Can I customize it?
Yes. Signature Collection is fully custom; Value Collection offers curated, ready-to-build plans.
